The Dial

Simple rotation. Sample collected.

Just insert the Wand, slide the dial to extend the sponge, rotate 10 times to collect your sample, then slide it back down and remove. It’s that simple.

The Tip

Soft sponge. Feels like almost nothing.

The Teal Wand was shaped by clinicians, engineers, design experts, and thousands of women who told us exactly what felt right.

Listening & Prototyping
The final Teal Wand design was done in partnership with OBGYNs, pathologists, design powerhouse IDEO, and user-tested at length.

Clinical validation

Teal Health then entered a 16 site clinical trial with leading medical organizations across the U.S.

FDA-authorized

Data from the completed trial supported the Teal Wand becoming the first at-home self-collection device to receive FDA-authorization and match the accuracy of screening performed by a clinician.

Available nationwide

Teal focused efforts to make the Teal Wand and their prescribing providers available to women across the U.S. as quickly as possible.
