Sarah Rose

Sarah Rose serves as Chief Operating Officer of Teal, bringing over 25 years of general management and product leadership experience across leading consumer and marketplace brands, including TaskRabbit, BabyCenter, ModCloth, UrbanSitter, Ipsy, and Tinder. She is a seasoned executive with a strong track record of shaping company-wide strategy and driving growth, having held leadership roles where she consistently influenced key business decisions.

Known as an exceptional team builder, Sarah has a reputation for recruiting and developing high-performing teams, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence while remaining closely engaged in execution. She brings a deeply operational and product-oriented mindset, with experience leading in complex environments, including managing distributed workforces in evolving regulatory landscapes and scaling logistics for millions of customized products, and building systems and experiences that drive efficiency at scale. At Ipsy and Tinder, she reimagined customer experiences using AI to enhance profitability and deepen engagement, and, as President and Chief Product Officer at TaskRabbit, she delivered significant year-over-year growth and led global expansion.

Throughout her career, Sarah has been committed to innovation, particularly in building experiences that resonate with women, and is known for her cross functional collaboration and investment in people and culture. She is also a strong advocate for diversity in leadership, having served on corporate boards through two successful acquisitions and actively advising and mentoring female founders and CEOs. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and has been recognized as one of the San Francisco Business Times’ 50 Most Influential Women in Business and one of The Org’s Top 12 Chief Product Officers to watch.
